Payment
A €1 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Please note I only accept cash payments in salon. I do not accept in-person card payments or Revolut.
New Clients
Please note I do not refill other techs work.
Please come with bare nails to your appointment.
If you require removals please book this alongside your chosen treatment.
If you arrive to your appointment without having booked a removal, you will be refused and charged the full treatment cost for time wasted.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before. If this period has passed, please contact me directly should you wish to cancel.
Less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
Less than 24 hours notice/no shows will incur a fee of the full treatment cost.
No shows will not be tolerated and will be blocked from future bookings.
Running Late
Please let me know if you are running late. Most days I am back to back with appointments and so cannot accept anyone who arrives late to their appointment as it is unfair to the rest of my clients that day.
On occasion, I can allow up to 10 minutes grace if you are running behind but again please let me know so I can advise if I can allow this.
Should you turn up late to your appointment you will be charged the full treatment cost and may have future bookings restricted.
Age Restrictions
Services will not be provided for children under 16 years old.
Refills
Refill times are specified on each service when booking. Should you surpass this time frame, you may be charged for a removal and new set due to extra work required to correct & rebalance.
Aftercare
Once you have left the salon, it is your responsibility to care for your nails/lashes/brows as explained at your appointment. If you are still unsure please make sure to ask me before leaving.
Should any issues arise within 24 hours of your appointment, please notify me straight away so I can rectify it immediately.
